We are introduce to Jesus from many ways and for most of us, it is from our parents. God Is the one that choose us to be a Christian. There is a story about a guy that found a treasure and when his realise that the treasure is the most valuable thing, he bought the land over by selling his positions and retrieve the treasure.
When we realise that our salvation is our most precious treasure, we will understand that God’s this our most treasured treasures.
While Jesus teaching his disciples, there are parents that try to bring their children to be blessed by Jesus and the disciples stoped and chased them away. But Jesus called for the children by saying: “let the little children come to me and do not try to stop them for the Kingdom of God belongs to such as these. I tell you the truth, whoever does not receive the Kingdom of God like a child will never enter it.”
We must have a heart like the children and receptive and trusting towards the salvation of God. We must understand that our salvation only through the grace of God.
